Egal ob Kontrolle, Zahnreinigung, Krone oder Füllung...man kann Ihrem Rat vertrauen und bekommt eine Top Behandlung und Beratung. Selbst die ekligen Spritzen sind bei Ihr halb so schlimm😊. Nach dem Umbau hat die Praxis einen schönen modernen Look.
Sind mit der ganzen Familie seit vielen Jahren bei Frau Dr. Prochnow, sowie bei Frau L. zur Zahnreinigung. Ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl und gut behandelt. Dass ich bei jedem Bohren eine Spritze benötige, wurde hier immer freundlich akzeptiert - das habe ich anderswo auch schon anders erlebt. Wärmste Empfehlung!
War zu Besuch in Hamburg und bekam in der Praxis von Frau Dr.Prochnow zeitnah einen Termin. Sehr freundlich und kompetent, auch die Angestellten.
Wenn man sich beim Zahnarzt wohlfühlen kann, dann hier. Zudem habe ich nicht den Eindruck, mich gegen unsinnige Zusatzkosten entscheiden zu müssen. Der Umbau der Praxis hat der Gesamterscheinung gut getan, sodass auch der äußere erste Eindruck deutlich moderner ist.
Ich kann die Praxis von Frau Prochnow nur empfehlen! Auch für Angstpatienten! Die Ärztin ist sehr nett, ruhig und erklärt einem alles. Die Damen am Empfang sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ich hatte dort schon mehrere Zahnreinigungen und war immer sehr zufrieden. Auch dabei wird einem jeder Schritt erklärt und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.
Ich gehe nun schon seit ca. 10 Jahren dorthin und bin super zu frieden. Man bekommt wenn man möchte Erinnerungspost oder einen netten Anruf für die nächste Untersuchung. Termine werden schnell und unkompliziert vereinbart. Die Beratung ist genau richtig. Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass sich hier die Arztpraxis an mir bereichern möchte. Mittlerweile sind auch meine beiden Kleinkinder bei ihr in Behandlung und haben keine Angst vorm Zahnarzt. Zur Info: leider ist die Arztpraxis nicht barrierefrei.
Reduziert auf das Wesentliche: Die Ärztin ist bei der Behandlung sehr fokussiert. Danach gibt es eine kurze, präzise Einschätzung. Sie wurde mir von einem Bekannten empfohlen. Anfangs habe ich mit ihr etwas gefremdelt. Nach über 15 Jahren schätze ich sie sehr.
Ich gehe seit nun 12 Jahren zu Frau Dr. Prochnow und ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie und ihr Personal sind äußerst professionell, top organisiert und hilfsbereit. An Frau Prochnows dezent reservierte Art muss man sich vielleicht erst gewöhnen, aber nach ein paar Besuchen bei ihr schätzt man diese stets hochprofessionelle Art an ihr sehr und sucht sie bei anderen Praxen vergebens. Man darf sich nicht vom einfachen "Look" der Praxis täuschen lassen. In den Behandlungszimmern ist die Technik auf einem modernen Stand und sauber.
