Ich musste am 31.12. in die Notfallsprechstunde von Dr. Katzschner und er hat mich grosser Ruhe und Sorgfalt meinen Silvesterabend gerettet. Ich bin seitdem schmerzfrei und muss sagen, dass ich noch nie so einen tollen Zahnarzt erlebt habe!
Ich bin seit Jahren bei Herrn Katzschner als Patient und wollte jetzt mal eine Bewertung abgeben, denn das ist der beste Zahnarzt, den ich je hatte! Die Praxis ist in einem alten Wohnhaus, aber die Geräte sind alle immer hochmodern. Das Praxisteam ist immer freundlich und sehr nett, Termine bekommt man in vernünftigen Zeiträumen. Wenn man akute Schmerzen hat, geht es auch sofort, aber mit Wartezeit. Herr Katzschner selbst erklärt alles, zeigt einem Röntgenaufnahmen und Fotos. Er arbeitet sehr sorgfältig. Wenn es Alternativen mit und ohne Zuzahlung gibt, erklärt er einem Vor- und Nachteile aller Möglichkeiten. Die professionelle Zahnreinigung ist zwar regelmäßig teurer geworden (irgendwann ist eine Grenze erreicht, die man noch bezahlen kann), aber auch sehr gut. Kurzum: Hier kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben und diesen Zahnarzt wirklich empfehlen! Vielen Dank! Gibt nichts Negatives hier, wenn doch, hätte ich es gesagt.
Der beste Zahnarzt aller Zeiten!!! Vor ca. 28 Jahren war ich zum ersten Mal bei Dr. Katzschner in Behandlung und für mich ist er ein wahrer Meister seines Faches! Von Natur aus bin ich leider nicht mit bestem Zahnmaterial ausgestattet und durch einen Unfall in der Jugend habe ich sehr früh mit Zahnersatz zu tun. Dr. Katzschner hat mir vor vielen Jahren mit seiner Funktionsdiagnostik und der Präzision seiner Arbeit ein super (Ge-)Biss geschaffen 👍🏼 Nun lebe ich seit einigen Jahren sehr weit von Hamburg entfernt und ein feiner Riss in einem Brückenglied (nach Jahren!! ohne Probleme) veranlasste mich, einen anderen Zahnarzt aufzusuchen und das bereue ich zu tiefst. Jetzt ist es mir jeden Aufwand wert die Reise nach Hamburg anzutreten, um mich wieder von meinem altbewährten Dr. Katzschner in vollstem Vertrauen behandeln zu lassen. Er bringt das wieder in Ordnung und dafür bin ich sehr dankbar 🙏🏼 Hervorzuheben ist auch sein Praxisteam, welches immer super lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit ist! Vielen Dank 💐
Ich war bereits 2 mal bei Herrn Katzschner. Er ist ein freundlicher und kompetenter Zahnarzt, nimmt sich Zeit und erklärt während der Behandlung, was er tut und warum er es macht. Meine Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Obwohl ich 10 Minuten bei meinem heutigem Termin Verspätung hatte, wurde ich direkt drangenommen.
Ein unmöglicher Mensch, so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, darüber können auch die sehr alten Rezensionen nicht hinwegtäuschen, denn die haben mit der Realität nichts mehr zu tun. Ein sehr nettes Team, aber der Arzt an sich, UNMÖGLICH! Kommt zu spät und wirkt gehetzt, ein guten Morgen? Fehlanzeige! Bei der jährlichen Kontrolle wurde in Dauerschleife auf mich eingeredet, selbst als ich mehrfach erwiderte dieses bereits besporchen zu haben, denn es war nicht nur total unnötig sondern auch extremst anstrengend.. Für die Kontrolle hatte ich meine Augen geschlossen, da wurde mir unwirsch ein Spiegel in die Hand gedrückt mit den Worten: „Jetzt halten sie doch und gucken mal rein“, unfassbar... Als ich entsprechend erwiderte bekam ich mit hektischen Bewegungen den Rat doch wieder meinen vorherigen Zahnarzt aufzusuchen. Daraufhin bin ich fassungslos aufgestanden und wollte gehen, da stellt der Mann sich mir in den Weg und versperrt mit seinem Fuß die Tür, den er erst wegnahm als ich ihn aufforderte SOFORT die Tür freizugeben. Zum Glück gibt es auch menschlich kompetente Zahnärzte...
Meine Frau und ich sind seit knapp über 3 Jahren bei Dr. Katzschner und sehr zufrieden. Er ist nett, kompetent, bringt die nötige Feinfühligkeit sowie Erklärbereitschaft mit. Das Team um Dr. Katzschner ist stets freundlich.
