Die beste Zahnarztpraxis die es gibt. Ganz toller Umgang mit Kindern, wenn man einen Termin hat, wartet man nie länger als 5-7 Minuten. Schön eingerichtet, sehr kinderfreundlich, besser geht nicht.

We have 2 kids being attended on this clinic for two years, they both had brackets, and while going to the dentist is not the favourite thing of anyone, the service here made it top! they speak quite good english and they are very kind. From the receptionists that are always happy and willing to help to Dr. Franziska that is very patient , happy and knowledgeable . Highly recommended !

I cannot speak about the quality of treatment at LS Praxis, but the costumer service is unfortunately very poor. I tried to make an appointment for my daughter via their online Tool, first it was confirmed. So as I have also another toddler, I started to plan who will watch after my other kid, so asked a family member to travel from another city for that day). But then the next day the appointment was cancelled. I took another appointment hour for the same day ( as it was again available online) I even called and confirmed with their AI Assistent. And today, again without any reasnoable explanation, the appointment is cancelled. Their AI Assistent is not helpful at all. I assume for them a new patient has no value at all, just another "product" to deal with.
