GoogleDas Sortiment war an sich gut aber wir würden da eher weniger einkaufen, weil die Verkäuferin extrem unfreundlich schien nachdem wir uns nur umschauen wollten. Ab dem Moment konnten wir uns komische Blicke einfangen und beschlossen dann einfach zu gehen.
Dieser Laden hat mich seit langem mal wieder begeistert. Top Bedienung, top Service, preislich konnten wir uns auch einigen und dann gab’s sogar noch ein Geschenk 👍

“Menschen die keine Beratung wollen und Tester testen werden hier von der alten Dame rausgeworfen”. In Zeiten des Online-Einkaufs versucht man lokale Märkte zu unterstützen, besonders zu Corona-Zeiten. Ich arbeite als Produkttesterin und schreibe selbst Rezensionen über die Produkte. Schuback als Marke fand ich bis heute immer toll. Ohne zu dramatisieren habe ich mich heute unwohl in meiner Haut gefühlt. Wenn man nicht möchte, dass Kunden Produkte testen, sollte man meiner Meinung nach auch das einfach schreiben/ aufzeigen oder eben höflich sagen, dass es zurzeit nicht möglich ist. Stattdessen wurde ich als ausländische Kundin von der alten deutsche Dame angemacht, dass ich hier nicht Produkte testen darf, die Sachen die ich mir anschaue nichts für mein Alter ist und ich soll da nichts anfassen. Es kam mir fast so vor, als würde sie mir nicht zutrauen ich könnte die Produkte mir leisten können. Leider, falsch gedacht. Diese alte Dame wollte mich heute tatsächlich aus dem Schuback rausschmeißen mit der Aussage "Gehen Sie doch zum Douglas hin”! Ich sage dazu “geschäftsschädigend und unhöflich!” Als ich sagte, dass ich gerne hier bleiben würde und Ihr Verhalten sehr unhöflich finde, sagte sie: "Ist schon okay," gehen Sie. Mein Fazit: Schuback und speziell diese Filiale und diese Dame sollten unbedingt einen Kurs in Kundenservice und Beratung machen.

Ich suchte eigentlich einen bestimmten Duft den sie dort nicht hatten dennoch wurde ich sehr gut beraten und mir wurden verschiedene Düfte die dem ähneln gezeigt. Der Mitarbeiter nahm sich sehr viel Zeit um uns viel zu erklären und uns viel hintergrund Wissen zu den verschiedensten Parfüms zu geben. Ich komme gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an dieser stelle an den Mitarbeiter Ümit.

Super sortierte Parfümerie. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und gut ausgebildet. Ausserdem gibt es dort exquisite Düfte und hervorragende Pflege für die Haut.
Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Damen die dort arbeiten. Super Sortiment im Duftbereich...habe dort schon viele Düfte empfohlen bekommen die sehr besonders sind. 👍🏻😍💃

Ausserordentlich zuvorkommendes Personal... mit enorm viel Fachwissen.Ein Parfum wird zur Essenz mit zutaten aus 1001 Nacht .Es gab ein tee und selbst meine chichis haben ein leckerli bekommen.Ich komme auf jeden fall wieder !
nach dem umbau ist der laden grösser geworden. noch mehr sachen wo ich mein geld loswerden kann 😉 aber hier gebe ich es auch gerne aus. komme gerne hierher weil ich alles finde was ich benötige und wenn nicht, dann wird mir sehr kompetent weitergeholfen. das personal verdient zwei daumen nach oben..wie oft wusste ich nicht weiter aber am ende war meine freundin immer von dem begeistert was ich mitgebracht hatte..natürlich mit hilfe 🙂.. danke schuback
