Helaas een erg negatieve ervaring met de receptioniste. Ik belde om een afspraak te maken voor mijn zoon, die al eerder ingeschreven stond bij deze praktijk. Ik gaf duidelijk aan dat hij veel pijn had, maar desondanks was de receptioniste totaal niet bereid om mee te denken of ons te helpen. Ze was erg koel, onvriendelijk en weinig begripvol.
Juist wanneer iemand met pijn belt, verwacht je enige empathie en een poging om een oplossing te zoeken. Dat heb ik helaas totaal niet ervaren.
