Heeft handelingen op mijn gebit uitgevoerd zonder mij er voldoende bewust van te maken (terwijl ik voor iets geheels anders kwam), achteraf last van gehad aan mijn gebit!
Heeft mijn man aangegeven hoeveel vullingen er gedaan moesten worden en blijft meer afspraken maken dan aangegeven. Mijn man heeft nu last op plekken waar hij eerder geen last had en vertrouwd het niet meer. Hij zal nu ergens anders gaan om te zien wat de schade is. Wij vragen ons af of zij kundig genoeg is. Telefonisch overigens niet vriendelijk. In persoon vond ik haar vriendelijker.
