Ich wurde von meinem Zahnarzt in die UKE zu Dr. Scheifele zur DVT geschickt. Dort wurde ich von einem superfreundlichen, Harmonie ausstrahlenden Team begrüßt. Es war kein Problem, dass ich mich mit der Zeit vertan hatte und viel zu früh war. Ein kleiner Scherz und ein lockerer Umgang mit der Situation. Keine Wartezeit, kein Gefühl des nicht willkommen sein. Es war sehr beeindruckend, mit welcher positiven Ausstrahlung dieses Team unterwegs ist. Beispielhaft. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Assistentinnen wirkten ruhig und erklärten alles. Dr. Scheifele erläutert seine 3D-Scans verständlich und sehr ausführlich. Es blieb keine Frage offen. Alles in allem wirkte das Team sehr menschlich und sehr professionell. Mir wurde die Zeit geschenkt, die ich brauchte, um zu verstehen was zu sehen war.
Ich habe die UKE Röntgen Praxis Anfang 2020 konsultiert und habe sehr gute Erfahrungen gesammelt. Die DVT-Aufnahme wurde schnell und effizient erstellt. Meine Fragen zum Bildmaterial wurde umfassend beantwortet und Herr Dr. Scheifele war bei ergänzenden Fragen weiterhin erreichbar. Das Team von Herrn Dr. Scheifele zeichnet sich durch Freundlichkeit, hervorragenden Service und exzellente Fachkompetenz aus - sehr empfehlenswert!
