Super Praxis, in allen Bereichen 5 Sterne!
Terminplanung:
Ich habe noch keine Arztpraxis besucht, die ihre Terminplanung so perfekt im Griff hat wie diese Praxis, ich musste hier noch NIE warten (außer ich bin zu früh da 😉) die Termine werden exakt eingehalten!
Auch telefonisch sind sie super zu erreichen.
Was ich auch ganz klasse finde, ist der „Recall“, wo man per Mail oder telefonisch erinnert wird , dass schon wieder 6 Monate vergangen sind. Echt toll, danke Frau Köpcke!
Atmosphäre:
Es herrscht eine freundliche, ja fast herzliche Stimmung, man fühlt sich immer willkommen! Ich gehe hier echt gern zum Zahnarzt (das kann wahrscheinlich nicht jeder von sich behaupten) 😁
Zahnreinigung:
Frau Schulz-Schmidt arbeitet sehr genau, Zahnreinigung ist echt ihr Ding 😁 sie schafft es einen zu immer besserer Mundhygiene zu motivieren (dank ihr putze ich nun selbst meinen Hund regelmäßig die Zähne). Außerdem wird es nie langweilig, sie hat immer etwas zu erzählen. Schade, dass es immer so eine einseitige Unterhaltung ist…
Behandlung / Kontrolle:
Ich fühle mich bei Herrn Giese sehr gut aufgehoben. Er nimmt sich Zeit, erklärt einem alles und man wird auch stets über eventuell anfallende Kosten informiert, alles sehr transparent. Ich habe mit den behandelten Zähnen keine Probleme.
