Habe vorher verschiedene Zahnärzte ausprobiert und war nie wirklich zufrieden mit den Behandlungen. Das hat sich geändert, ich bin regelrecht begeistert von den Erklärungen und den anschließenden Ausführungen. das Praxis-Team ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Praxis nur Empfehlen.

Dr. Schreyack hat mich sehr lange behandelt und hat sich mehr bemüht als jeder andere Zahnarzt bei dem ich jemals war. Sie war immer sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Ihre Kollegin übernimmt die professionelle Zahnreinigung sehr vorsichtig und geduldig. Ich komme immer gerne hier her, obwohl ich nicht gerne zum Zahnarzt gehe.
Nachtrag: Leider gibt es neue, weniger freundliche
Mitarbeitende in der Praxis… Zahnschienen werden immer noch mit Schaumabdrücken gemacht, obwohl Abdrücke schon seit vielen Jahren digital aufgenommen werden können.
Leider wird einem nun auch mit Strafen über 100€ gedroht, wenn man einen Termin verpasst (egal weshalb, Unfall, Krankheit…). Ich war Bestandspatientin und habe nie einen Termin verpasst.
Zudem kosten die Zahnreinigung immer gleich viel, unabhängig von Aufwand und Frequenz der Termine.

Die Ärztin ist sehr freundlich und arbeitet ziemlich gut. Sie hat mich sehr gut behandelt. Aber die Dame an der Rezeption ist völlig falsch an ihrem Arbeitsplatz. Ziemlich unfreundlich, abweisend und sie wird persönlich. Das darf nicht sein. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und obwohl die Ärztin 1A ist, werde ich diese Praxis nicht mehr betreten.

Seit bereits 22! Jahren ist Frau Dr. Schreyack meine Zahnärztin. Ich kam auf Empfehlung und fühle mich total aufgehoben bei ihr. Es gibt keine Wartezeiten und die Behandlungen sind super. Jaaaa, auch ein Zahnarzttermin kann gut sein. Beim Einsetzen von neuen Füllungen, nach der Amalgam-Entfernung, bin ich eingeschlafen. Nicht weil es so lange gedauert hätte!!! ;-) Nein, Frau Dr. Schreyack arbeitet einfach sehr kompetent und immer so schmerzfrei wie möglich. Mittlerweile wohne ich 140km von HH entfernt. Eine neue Praxis suchen kommt aber nicht in Frage! Es gibt für mich keine bessere Zahnärztin!!!!

Frau Dr Schreyack ist seit 25 Jahren für mich die Beste - seit ich sie kenne gehe ich richtig gerne zur Zahnärztin. Als ich aus Barmbek wegzog ging ich vorübergehend zu einer lokalen Zahnärztin (Othmarschen). Als ich das erste Mal eine Behandlung (nicht nur gucken) brauchte war ich in Sekundenschnelle wieder bei Frau Dr Schreyack. Nicht jede Frau ist automatisch nicht grobmotorisch! Auch schwierige Fälle (abgebrochener Frontzahn) löst sie 1000mal besser als es 2 ihrer Kolleginnen versucht hatten. Das Sahnehäubchen: Die Praxis ist so gut organisiert, dass man - wenn überhaupt - nur marginale Wartezeit hat. Das ist für mich ein Ausdruck von Respekt und Wertschätzung gegenüber den Patienten und den Mitarbeitern, die nicht unnötig Missmut und Stress ausgesetzt werden. Als ich das erste Mal zu ihr kam war sie frisch in die Praxis von ihrem Vater eingestiegen. Jetzt sind wir zusammen in Ehren im Laufe der Jahre (etwas) ergraut. Ich hoffe sie wird niemals nie in Rente gehen 😁 (ich dachte, ich hätte das alles schon mal geschrieben.... 🤔🤔🤔). Ich weiß jetzt nicht genau wie lange, aber seit einiger Zeit gibt es in der Praxis auch 2 Mitarbeiterinnen, die ich sehr schätze. Frau Jürgens und Frau Oberleitner - beide sind hervorragende Dentalhygienikerinnen und total nett und angenehm. Dafür fahre ich gerne mindestens 2 mal im Jahr von Nienstedten nach Barmbek. ❣️❣️❣️❣️
