Meine ganze Familie wird zahnärztlich in der Praxis betreut und wir sind alle rundum sehr zufrieden. Wir werden kompetent, freundlich und geduldig beraten und behandelt, sowohl in der Zahnbehandlung als auch bei der Prophylaxe. Im Laufe der Jahre waren auch die aufwändigeren bzw. dringenderen Anliegen wie Wurzelbehandlungen und Weißheitszahnentfernung immer in den besten Händen in dieser Praxis. Ganz besonders schätze ich die persönlich die Geduld mit meiner Unruhe während der Behandlung. Besser kann man darauf nicht eingehen. Zudem gibt es einen Terminerinnerungsservice und auch ein funktionierendes Wartelistesystem, mit dem ich schon oft frühere Termine bei Absagen bekommen konnte. Also rundum absolut empfehlenswert.
Leider keine Empfehlung. Aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen - die ich nicht nachvollziehen kann - sind die Termine ausgebucht und die Wartezeiten teilweise sehr lang. Kompetenz zu bewerten ist als Laie selbstverständlich schwierig: Auch hier kann ich die bisherigen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, wenn ich die Zahnärzte dieser Praxis mit anderen erfahrenen Zahnärzten vergleiche, die mich behandelt haben.
Ich fühle mich bei Frau Dr. Elisa Helmer geb. Pielcke sehr gut aufgehoben.

Fachlich kann ich als Laie nur vermerken, dass alles, was bei mir gemacht wurde, ohne Probleme und teilweise schon seit Jahrzehnten haltbar ist. Menschlich ist Hr. Doktor Pielcke eine wahre Freude – von ausgewählter Höflichkeit, immer bereit, mit Geduld ganz offen zu kommunizieren und mit dem obersten Gebot, dem Patienten jede Form von Schmerz zu ersparen. Ich wüßte nicht, was man als Zahnarzt noch besser machen könnte und freue mich bei jeder Konsultation auf ein nettes Gespräch.
