GoogleFreitagmorgen, den 22.05.26, wurde ich als Schmerzpatient kurzfristig aufgenommen und behandelt, diesmal von Zahnarzt Philipp Wulff. Auch er, genau so wie sein Vater und sein Bruder, war ruhig, freundlich, gründlich und hat mir geholfen. Dankeschön ⭐️Ebenso gilt dem Team mein Dank ⭐️ ( Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor u hinter der Praxis vorhanden )
Guten Morgen, ich kann die ganzen guten Bewertungen leider nicht bestätigen. Scheinbar ist man an neuen Patienten nicht mehr interessiert. Ich hatte für heute morgen um 8:30 Uhr einen Termin und war über auch pünktlich um 8:20 Uhr in der Praxis. Nach 30 Minuten warten und nach dem mitbekommen habe, dass telefonisch Termine abgesagt wurden von der Praxis bin ich dann auch mal nach vorne um zu fragen. Habe dann gesagt, dass ich jetzt los muss weil ich auch noch Termine habe, erst dann wurde mir gesagt dass ein Arzt ausgefallen ist. Kann alles passieren, dann sollte man es aber bei der Anmeldung auch sagen!! Beim freundlichen Nachfragen wie lange es denn dauern würde wenn ich warte, schaut der anwesende Arzt nur schlecht gelaunt und bekomme die Antwort "können wir ihnen auch nicht sagen, dauert". Sorry, aber meine Zeit ist auch knapp und dafür habe weder Zeit noch Lust.
Waren heute mit meiner Schwiegermutter ,92 Jahre alt,dort für einen Abdruck und ein loser Zahn.Sie war begeistert und sagte jedem super da will ich nochmal hin.Also was will man mehr,Mutter zufrieden und keine Angst. Danke an den Zahnarzt und sein Team.
